కీర్తనలు 46వ అధ్యాయము Psalm 46

ప్రధానగాయకునికి
కోరహు కుమారులది
అలామోతు అను రాగముమీద పాడదగినది. గీతము

దేవుడు మనకు ఆశ్రయమును దుర్గమునై యున్నాడు
ఆపత్కాలములో ఆయన నమ్ముకొనదగిన సహాయకుడు
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

2 కావున భూమి మార్పునొందినను నడిసముద్రములలో పర్వతములు మునిగినను
Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

3 వాటి జలములు ఘోషించుచు నురుగు కట్టినను
ఆ పొంగునకు పర్వతములు కదిలినను
మనము భయపడము (సెలా)
Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.

4 ఒక నది కలదు, దాని కాలువలు దేవుని పట్టణమును
సర్వోన్నతుని మందిరపు పరిశుద్ధ స్థలమును సంతోషపరచుచున్నవి
There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.

5 దేవుడు ఆ పట్టణములో నున్నాడు దానికి చలనములేదు
అరుణోదయమున దేవుడు దానికి సహాయము చేయుచున్నాడు
God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.

6 జనములు ఘోషించుచున్నవి రాజ్యములు కదులు చున్నవి
ఆయన తన కంఠధ్వని వినిపించగా భూమి కరగిపోవుచున్నది
The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.

7 సైన్యముల కధిపతియగు యెహోవా మనకు తోడైయున్నాడు
యాకోబుయొక్క దేవుడు మనకు ఆశ్రయమైయున్నాడు
The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

8 యెహోవా చేసిన కార్యములను వచ్చి చూడుడి
ఆయనే భుమిమీద నాశనములు కలుగజేయువాడు
Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.

9 ఆయనే భూదిగంతములవరకు యుద్ధములు మాన్పువాడు
విల్లువిరుచువాడును బల్లెమును తెగనరుకువాడును ఆయనే
యుద్ధ రథములను అగ్నిలో కాల్చివేయువాడు ఆయనే
He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.

10 - ఊరకుండుడి నేనే దేవుడనని తెలిసికొనుడి
అన్యజనులలో నేను మహోన్నతుడ నగుదును
భూమిమీద నేను మహోన్నతుడ నగుదును
Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

11 సైన్యముల కధిపతియగు యెహోవా మనకు తోడైయున్నాడు
యాకోబుయొక్క దేవుడు మనకు ఆశ్రయమైయున్నాడు (సెలా)
The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
