కీర్తనలు 119వ అధ్యాయము Psalms 119 (3)

(మేమ్‌)

97 నీ ధర్మశాస్త్రము నాకెంతో ప్రియముగానున్నది

దినమెల్ల నేను దానిని ధ్యానించుచున్నాను.

O how I love thy law! it is my meditation all the day.

98 నీ ఆజ్ఞలు నిత్యము నాకు తోడుగా నున్నవి.

నా శత్రువులను మించిన జ్ఞానము అవి నాకు కలుగ జేయుచున్నవి.

Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me.

99 నీ శాసనములను నేను ధ్యానించుచున్నాను

కావున నా బోధకులందరికంటె నాకు విశేషజ్ఞానము కలదు.

I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation.

100 నీ ఉపదేశములను నేను లక్ష్యము చేయుచున్నాను

కావున వృద్ధులకంటె నాకు విశేషజ్ఞానము కలదు.

I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts.

101 నేను నీ వాక్యము ననుసరించునట్లు

దుష్టమార్గములన్నిటిలోనుండి నా పాదములు తొల గించుకొనుచున్నాను

I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy word.

102 నీవు నాకు బోధించితివి గనుక

నీ న్యాయవిధులనుండి నేను తొలగకయున్నాను.

I have not departed from thy judgments: for thou hast taught me.

103 నీ వాక్యములు నా జిహ్వకు ఎంతో మధురములు

అవి నా నోటికి తేనెకంటె తీపిగా నున్నవి.

How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!

104 నీ ఉపదేశమువలన నాకు వివేకము కలిగెను

తప్పుమార్గములన్నియు నా కసహ్యములాయెను.

Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.

(నూన్‌)

105 నీ వాక్యము నా పాదములకు దీపమును

నా త్రోవకు వెలుగునై యున్నది.

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

106 నీ న్యాయవిధులను నేననుసరించెదనని

నేను ప్రమాణము చేసియున్నాను నా మాట నెర వేర్చుదును.

I have sworn, and I will perform it, that I will keep thy righteous judgments.

107 యెహోవా, నేను మిక్కిలి శ్రమపడుచున్నాను

నీ మాటచొప్పున నన్ను బ్రదికింపుము.

I am afflicted very much: quicken me, O LORD, according unto thy word.

108 యెహోవా, నా నోటి స్వేచ్ఛార్పణలను అంగీకరించుము.

నీ న్యాయవిధులను నాకు బోధింపుము

Accept, I beseech thee, the freewill offerings of my mouth, O LORD, and teach me thy judgments.

109 నా ప్రాణము ఎల్లప్పుడు నా అరచేతిలో ఉన్నది.

అయినను నీ ధర్మశాస్త్రమును నేను మరువను.

My soul is continually in my hand: yet do I not forget thy law.

110 నన్ను పట్టుకొనుటకై భక్తిహీనులు ఉరియొడ్డిరి

అయినను నీ ఉపదేశములనుండి నేను తొలగి తిరుగుట లేదు.

The wicked have laid a snare for me: yet I erred not from thy precepts.

111 నీ శాసనములు నాకు హృదయానందకరములు

అవి నాకు నిత్యస్వాస్థ్యమని భావించుచున్నాను.

Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart.

112 నీ కట్టడలను గైకొనుటకు నా హృదయమును నేను లోపరచుకొనియున్నాను

ఇది తుదవరకు నిలుచు నిత్యనిర్ణయము.

I have inclined mine heart to perform thy statutes alway, even unto the end.

(సామెహ్‌)

113 ద్విమనస్కులను నేను ద్వేషించుచున్నాను

నీ ధర్మశాస్త్రము నాకు ప్రీతికరము.

I hate vain thoughts: but thy law do I love.

114 నాకు మరుగుచోటు నా కేడెము నీవే

నేను నీ వాక్యముమీద ఆశపెట్టుకొనియున్నాను.

Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word.

115 నేను నా దేవుని ఆజ్ఞలను అనుసరించెదను

దుష్‌క్రియలు చేయువారలారా, నాయొద్దనుండి తొలగుడి.

Depart from me, ye evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God.

116 నేను బ్రదుకునట్లు నీ మాటచొప్పున నన్ను ఆదుకొనుము

నా ఆశ భంగమై నేను సిగ్గునొందక యుందును గాక.

Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.

117 నాకు రక్షణకలుగునట్లు నీవు నన్ను ఉద్ధరింపుము

అప్పుడు నీ కట్టడలను నిత్యము లక్ష్యము చేసెదను.

Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe: and I will have respect unto thy statutes continually.

118 నీ కట్టడలను మీరిన వారినందరిని నీవు నిరాకరించుదువు

వారి కపటాలోచన మోసమే.

Thou hast trodden down all them that err from thy statutes: for their deceit is falsehood.

119 భూమిమీదనున్న భక్తిహీనులనందరిని నీవు మష్టువలె లయపరచుదువు

కావున నీ శాసనములు నాకు ఇష్టమైయున్నవి

Thou puttest away all the wicked of the earth like dross: therefore I love thy testimonies.

120 నీ భయమువలన నా శరీరము వణకుచున్నది

నీ న్యాయవిధులకు నేను భయపడుచున్నాను.

My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; and I am afraid of thy judgments.

(అయిన్‌)

121 నేను నీతిన్యాయముల ననుసరించుచున్నాను.

నన్ను బాధించువారివశమున నన్ను విడిచిపెట్టకుము.

I have done judgment and justice: leave me not to mine oppressors.

122 మేలుకొరకు నీ సేవకునికి పూటపడుము

గర్విష్ఠులు నన్ను బాధింపక యుందురు గాక.

Be surety for thy servant for good: let not the proud oppress me.

123 నీ రక్షణకొరకు నీతిగల నీ మాటకొరకు కనిపెట్టుచు నా కన్నులు క్షీణించుచున్నవి.

Mine eyes fail for thy salvation, and for the word of thy righteousness.

124 నీ కృపచొప్పున నీ సేవకునికి మేలుచేయుము

నీ కట్టడలను నాకు బోధింపుము

Deal with thy servant according unto thy mercy, and teach me thy statutes.

125 నేను నీ సేవకుడను

నీ శాసనములను గ్రహించునట్లు నాకు జ్ఞానము కలుగ జేయుము

I am thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies.

126 జనులు నీ ధర్మశాస్త్రమును నిరర్థకము చేసియున్నారు

యెహోవా తన క్రియ జరిగించుటకు ఇదే సమయము.

It is time for thee, LORD, to work: for they have made void thy law.

127 బంగారుకంటెను అపరంజికంటెను నీ ఆజ్ఞలు నాకు ప్రియముగానున్నవి.

Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold.

128 నీ ఉపదేశములన్నియు యథార్థములని నేను వాటిని మన్నించుచున్నాను

అబద్ధమార్గములన్నియు నా కసహ్యములు.

Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.

129 నీ శాసనములు ఆశ్చర్యములు

కావుననే నేను వాటిని గైకొనుచున్నాను.

Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore doth my soul keep them.

130 నీ వాక్యములు వెల్లడి అగుటతోడనే వెలుగుకలుగును

అవి తెలివిలేనివారికి తెలివి కలిగించును

The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.

131 నీ ఆజ్ఞలయందైన యధిక వాంఛచేత

నేను నోరు తెరచి ఒగర్చుచున్నాను.

I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments.

132 నీ నామమును ప్రేమించువారికి నీవు చేయదగునట్లు

నాతట్టు తిరిగి నన్ను కరుణింపుము.

Look thou upon me, and be merciful unto me, as thou usest to do unto those that love thy name.

133 నీ వాక్యమునుబట్టి నా యడుగులు స్థిరపరచుము

ఏ పాపమును నన్ను ఏలనియ్యకుము.

Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.

134 నీ ఉపదేశములను నేను అనుసరించునట్లు

మనుష్యుల బలాత్కారమునుండి నన్ను విమోచింపుము.

Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep thy precepts.

135 నీ సేవకునిమీద నీ ముఖకాంతి ప్రకాశింపజేయుము

నీ కట్టడలను నాకు బోధింపుము.

Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy statutes.

136 జనులు నీ ధర్మశాస్త్రము ననుసరింపకపోయినందుకు

నా కన్నీరు ఏరులై పారుచున్నది.

Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law.

(సాదె)

137 యెహోవా, నీవు నీతిమంతుడవు

నీ న్యాయవిధులు యథార్థములు

Righteous art thou, O LORD, and upright are thy judgments.

138 నీతినిబట్టియు పూర్ణ విశ్వాస్యతనుబట్టియు

నీ శాసనములను నీవు నియమించితివి.

Thy testimonies that thou hast commanded are righteous and very faithful.

139 నా విరోధులు నీ వాక్యములు మరచిపోవుదురు

కావున నా ఆసక్తి నన్ను భక్షించుచున్నది.

My zeal hath consumed me, because mine enemies have forgotten thy words.

140 నీ మాట మిక్కిలి స్వచ్ఛమైనది

అది నీ సేవకునికి ప్రియమైనది.

Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.

141 నేను అల్పుడను నిరాకరింపబడినవాడను

అయినను నీ ఉపదేశములను నేను మరువను.

I am small and despised: yet do not I forget thy precepts.

142 నీ నీతి శాశ్వతమైనది

నీ ధర్మశాస్త్రము కేవలము సత్యము.

Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.

143 శ్రమయు వేదనయు నన్ను పట్టియున్నవి

అయినను నీ ఆజ్ఞలు నాకు సంతోషము కలుగజేయు చున్నవి

Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet thy commandments are my delights.

144 నీ శాసనములు శాశ్వతమైన నీతిగలవి

నేను బ్రదుకునట్లు నాకు తెలివి దయచేయుము.

The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live.

(ఖొఫ్‌)

145 యెహోవా, హృదయపూర్వకముగా నేను మొఱ్ఱ పెట్టుచున్నాను

నీ కట్టడలను నేను గైకొనునట్లు నాకు ఉత్తరమిమ్ము.

I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O LORD: I will keep thy statutes.

146 నేను నీకు మొఱ్ఱ పెట్టుచున్నాను

నీ శాసనములచొప్పున నేను నడుచుకొనునట్లు నన్ను రక్షింపుము.

I cried unto thee; save me, and I shall keep thy testimonies.

147 తెల్లవారకమునుపే మొఱ్ఱపెట్టితిని

నీ మాటలమీద నేను ఆశపెట్టుకొని యున్నాను

I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word.

148 నీవిచ్చిన వాక్యమును నేను ధ్యానించుటకై

నాకన్నులు రాత్రిజాములు కాకమునుపే తెరచుకొందును.

Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word.

149 నీ కృపనుబట్టి నా మొఱ్ఱ ఆలకింపుము

యెహోవా, నీ వాక్యవిధులనుబట్టి నన్ను బ్రదికింపుము.

Hear my voice according unto thy lovingkindness: O LORD, quicken me according to thy judgment.

150 దుష్కార్యములు చేయువారును

నీ ధర్మశాస్త్రమును త్రోసివేయువారును నా యొద్దకు సమీపించుచున్నారు

They draw nigh that follow after mischief: they are far from thy law.

151 యెహోవా, నీవు సమీపముగా ఉన్నావు.

నీ ఆజ్ఞలన్నియు సత్యమైనవి.

Thou art near, O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth.

152 నీ శాసనములను నీవు నిత్యములుగా స్థిరపరచితివని

నేను పూర్వమునుండి వాటివలననే తెలిసికొని యున్నాను.

Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever.

153 నేను నీ ధర్మశాస్త్రమును మరచువాడను కాను

నా శ్రమను విచారించి నన్ను విడిపింపుము

Consider mine affliction, and deliver me: for I do not forget thy law.

154 నా పక్షమున వ్యాజ్యెమాడి నన్ను విమోచింపుము

నీవిచ్చిన మాటచొప్పున నన్ను బ్రదికింపుము.

Plead my cause, and deliver me: quicken me according to thy word.

155 భక్తిహీనులు నీ కట్టడలను వెదకుట లేదు

గనుక రక్షణ వారికి దూరముగా నున్నది.

Salvation is far from the wicked: for they seek not thy statutes.

156 యెహోవా, నీ కనికరములు మితిలేనివి

నీ న్యాయవిధులనుబట్టి నన్ను బ్రదికింపుము.

Great are thy tender mercies, O LORD: quicken me according to thy judgments.

157 నన్ను తరుమువారును నా విరోధులును అనేకులు

అయినను నీ న్యాయశాసనములనుండి నేను తొలగక యున్నాను.

Many are my persecutors and mine enemies; yet do I not decline from thy testimonies.

158 ద్రోహులను చూచి నేను అసహ్యించుకొంటిని

నీవిచ్చిన మాటను వారు లక్ష్యపెట్టరు.

I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not thy word.

159 యెహోవా, చిత్తగించుము నీ ఉపదేశములు నాకెంతో ప్రీతికరములు

నీ కృపచొప్పున నన్ను బ్రదికింపుము

Consider how I love thy precepts: quicken me, O LORD, according to thy loving kindness.

160 నీ వాక్య సారాంశము సత్యము

నీవు నియమించిన న్యాయవిధులన్నియు నిత్యము నిలుచును.

Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.

(షీన్‌)

161 అధికారులు నిర్నిమిత్తముగా నన్ను తరుముదురు

అయినను నీ వాక్యభయము నా హృదయమందు నిలుచుచున్నది.

Princes have persecuted me without a cause: but my heart standeth in awe of thy word.

162 విస్తారమైన దోపుసొమ్ము సంపాదించినవానివలె

నీవిచ్చిన మాటనుబట్టి నేను సంతోషించుచున్నాను.

I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil.

163 అబద్ధము నాకసహ్యము అది నాకు హేయము

నీ ధర్మశాస్త్రము నాకు ప్రీతికరము.

I hate and abhor lying: but thy law do I love.

164 నీ న్యాయవిధులనుబట్టి

దినమునకు ఏడు మారులు నేను నిన్ను స్తుతించుచున్నాను.

Seven times a day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgments.

165 నీ ధర్మశాస్త్రమును ప్రేమించువారికి ఎంతో నెమ్మదికలదు

వారు తూలి తొట్రిల్లుటకు కారణమేమియులేదు

Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.

166 యెహోవా, నీ రక్షణకొరకు నేను కనిపెట్టుచున్నాను

నీ ఆజ్ఞలను అనుసరించి నడుచుకొనుచున్నాను.

LORD, I have hoped for thy salvation, and done thy commandments.

167 నేను నీ శాసనములనుబట్టి ప్రవర్తించుచున్నాను

అవి నాకు అతి ప్రియములు,

My soul hath kept thy testimonies; and I love them exceedingly.

168 నా మార్గములన్నియు నీయెదుట నున్నవి

నీ ఉపదేశములను నీ శాసనములను నేను అనుసరించుచున్నాను.

I have kept thy precepts and thy testimonies: for all my ways are before thee.

(తౌ)

169 యెహోవా, నా మొఱ్ఱ నీ సన్నిధికి వచ్చునుగాక

నీ మాటచొప్పున నాకు వివేకము నిమ్ము.

Let my cry come near before thee, O LORD: give me understanding according to thy word.

170 నా విన్నపము నీ సన్నిధిని చేరనిమ్ము

నీవిచ్చిన మాటచొప్పున నన్ను విడిపింపుము.

Let my supplication come before thee: deliver me according to thy word.

171 నీవు నీ కట్టడలను నాకు బోధించుచున్నావు

నా పెదవులు నీ స్తోత్రము నుచ్చరించును

My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes.

172 నీ ఆజ్ఞలన్నియు న్యాయములు

నీ వాక్యమునుగూర్చి నా నాలుక పాడును.

My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness.

173 నేను నీ ఉపదేశములను కోరుకొనియున్నాను

నీ చెయ్యి నాకు సహాయమగును గాక.

Let thine hand help me; for I have chosen thy precepts.

174 యెహోవా, నీ రక్షణకొరకు నేను మిగుల ఆశపడు చున్నాను

నీ ధర్మశాస్త్రము నాకు సంతోషకరము.

I have longed for thy salvation, O LORD; and thy law is my delight.

175 నీవు నన్ను బ్రదికింపుము నేను నిన్ను స్తుతించెదను

నీ న్యాయవిధులు నాకు సహాయములగును గాక

Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee; and let thy judgments help me.

176 తప్పిపోయిన గొఱ్ఱవలె నేను త్రోవవిడిచి తిరిగితిని

నీ సేవకుని వెదకి పట్టుకొనుము ఎందుకనగా

నేను నీ ఆజ్ఞలను మరచువాడను కాను.

I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments.
